How much does shipping cost?
Free US Shipping on orders over $60! Easy 30 day returns!

USPS Ground: $3.40 - $5.98 (depending on distance from LA)
USPS Priority Mail: $3.40 -$8.24 (depending on distance from LA)
Large Packages:
USPS Priority Mail: $10 - $16 (depending on distance from LA)
USPS Ground: $10 - $16 (depending on distance from LA)
How fast is your US shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from small business in Los Angeles. However since we are a small business and team, it may take 3-4 days to process before shipping. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date , or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. We will try to get your order to you as soon as possible!!

How can I change my shipping address?
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot usually be changed, unless we are contacted immediately. Email us detoureshop@gmai.com
Why do you not offer free shipping?
As a small growing startup, we realized that in order to keep our services available for you and to keep our business afloat, we'd have to make a few changes financially and that unfortunately that included shipping. Having free shipping on everything just wasn't possible for us to survive financially. We LOVE serving you and bringing you the best secondhand clothes possible, and hope you can keep supporting us as we grow and change! My order was marked as delivered, but has not been received.
Detoure insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is marked as delivered. Once marked as delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Orders successfully marked as delivered may not be refunded.
Please contact us within 3 business days of indicated delivery so that we may review the appropriate solution.
