Every item we offer is secondhand and one-of-a-kind, and limiting returns helps minimize unnecessary waste and environmental impact.
To help you shop confidently, we include a mix of styled visuals (such as AI-generated or brand reference images) to show how pieces may look when worn, along with real photos of the exact item so you can see its true condition. Because these pieces are pre-loved, they may come with minor signs of wear, so we encourage you to carefully review all photos and details before purchasing. The condition of each item is clearly stated in the product listing, and any noticeable wear will always be disclosed. We carefully inspect all items and do not list anything with major flaws. If you end up not liking the product, we suggest listing it on a secondhand site and helping to keep the fashion industry circular!
Of course if you received the wrong item we are happy to refund you and help replace the item for the right one!
In-Store Return Policy:
All in-store purchases are final sale due to the ability to try items on. Items priced over $200 are eligible for return in accordance with store policy.
